These general terms and conditions of sale (' Online Terms of Sale ') apply to any order you place through the Heineken UK Limited website at https://www.eazle.co.uk (the ' Site '). You must read these Online Terms of Sale carefully. By placing an order through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Online Terms of Sale in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Online Terms of Sale in their entirety, you must not order any product through the Site.
All orders placed by you via the Site will be subject to these Online Terms of Sale and:
(i) the terms and conditions of any contract between you and us which covers the supply of products current at the time of that order; and
(ii) the credit terms and credit limit in place at such time.
Any reference to “we”, “our” or “us” in these Online Terms of Sale refers to Heineken UK Limited (company number SC065527), Star Pubs & Bars Limited (company number SC250925), both having their registered office at 3-4 Broadway Park, South Gyle Broadway, Edinburgh EH12 9JZ, or such other Heineken Group Company (as the case may be) which you have a contract with.
In these Online Terms of Sale, “Heineken Group Company” means any direct or indirect holding or subsidiary undertakings of Heineken UK Limited or any direct or indirect subsidiary of such holding company, and other undertakings in which Heineken UK Limited has a direct or indirect interest.
In the event that there is not a contract for the supply of products in place between you and us at the time of any order, that order will be subject to these Online Terms of Sale and the Heineken UK Limited Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Standard Terms of Sale”).
In the event of any conflict between these Online Terms of Sale and any existing contract with you or our standard terms of sale (as applicable), these Online Terms of Sale shall take precedence.

Product and service descriptions
We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Site are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products through the Site, please note that:
• orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the products or their prices as advertised on the Site;
• all prices are displayed in pounds Sterling exclusive of Value Added Tax where applicable unless expressly indicated otherwise;
• packaging may vary from that shown on the Site;
• the weights, dimensions and capacities shown on the Site are approximate only;
• whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the Site, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery; and
• all items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s).
Age restrictions on purchase
The purchase of certain products made available on the Site are subject to age requirements specified by law. We are not permitted by law to supply these products to individuals who do not satisfy these age requirements and, if you are underage, you must not attempt to order these products through the Site.
In particular, please note that age restrictions apply in the UK to the purchase of alcohol. Alcohol can only be purchased by, and for, individuals aged 18 and over. By placing an order for any products you confirm that you (and, if different, the recipient of the product) satisfy the age requirements necessary to buy that product.
Placing your order
You can register as a user on the Site. Subsequently, you can create an order by following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the items you wish to purchase. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
Before placing an order you will be asked to confirm you have read and accept these Online Terms of Sale.
Once you are ready to place your order, you can follow the ordering process and submit your order by clicking on ‘Pay now’ button on the ‘Order’ page. After you have clicked on ‘Pay now’ you are unable to amend your order from this point and will be re-directed to the payment page to process your payment.
After completing the payment process on the payment page, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your placed order (“Confirmation Message”). The Confirmation Message will include details about your order, including the items and prices (including delivery charges and taxes), as well as key terms of your order. You should store and/or print this e-mail for your records.
Acceptance of your order
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) that you ordered from us. Unless there is already a contract in place between you and us at the time of any order, a contract between you and us will be formed when we communicate to you that we have accepted your order over the telephone or by electronic communication by one of our authorised representatives or confirmed by us in writing.
Delivery options
You may incur an additional charge if you request an unscheduled or emergency delivery via the Site. Any delivery request of this nature is strictly subject to availability and we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet such request. In the event we are unable to meet your request, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange for an alternative delivery date. Please note that if an alternative date cannot be arranged, you shall be refunded for the relevant order in full and any additional charges incurred shall be reimbursed.
Other important terms
We may update or amend these Online Terms of Sale from time to time to comply with law or to meet our changing business requirements without notice to you. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Site.
These Online Terms of Sale supersede any other online terms and conditions of sale previously published by us and any other representations or statements made by us to you, whether oral, written or otherwise regarding online purchasing. For the avoidance of doubt, these Online Terms of Sale shall not supersede any existing contract between you and us or our standard terms of sale (as applicable).
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Online Terms of Sale to any third party unless we agree in writing.
We may assign, transfer or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations under these Online Terms of Sale to any third party at our discretion.
No relaxation or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Online Terms of Sale shall operate as waiver of that right or remedy or shall affect our ability to subsequently exercise that right or remedy. Any waiver must be agreed by us in writing.
If any of these Online Terms of Sale are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of these Online Terms of Sale shall remain in full force and effect.
Only you and we shall be entitled to enforce these Online Terms of Sale. No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these Online Terms of Sale, whether by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
These Online Terms of Sale are governed by English law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Online Terms of Sale, you and we shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
