How do I register for HEINEKEN Direct if I am a Heineken customer?
1) Click on the 'Sign up now' button below
2) Click on 'I'm buying directly from HEINEKEN'
3) Enter your account number
- If you have a 6 digit account number this should begin with 0000
- If you have a 7 digit account number this should begin with 000
4) Fill in the form with your details
5) Click 'I'm not a robot'
6) Click 'Submit'
Once this is complete you will receive an email confirming we have received your details and within 48 hours the HEINEKEN Direct team will respond.
How do I reset my password?
1) Click on the 'Reset Password' button below.
2) Enter the email address you registered with, tell us you're not a robot and click send.
3) You'll be emailed a link to reset your password.
4) Click that link to reset.
Your password must contain:
- At least one lower-case character
- At least one upper-case character
- At least one digit
- Contains at least one special character
- Minimum length of 8 characters
